Aid workers kidnappedTALEBAN guerrillas said yesterday they had kidnapped two French aid agency workers and three Afghan guides in south-west Afghanistan. The French man and woman went missing with their local driver and two others in Nimroz province. In an internet statement, the Taleban said: "The mujahideen of the Islamic state detained two French nationals - a man called Eric and a woman called Salma - with three Afghans." |
